Online User/s accessioning the material on the website are required to abide by the Material Access Guidelines outlined here. By clicking on ‘Agree and Accept’ User/s accept the following terms and conditions.

a) Online User/s shall not modify or create a derivative work that includes but is not limited to photo collages and/or digital artwork of the archival Material/s without the prior written permission of CEPT Archives.

b) Online User/s shall be responsible to ensure compliance with the Copyright Act, 1957.

c) Other than as specifically permitted in the Agreement, online User/s may not use the Material/s for commercial purposes, including but not limited to the sale, lease, assignment, loan, gift, or otherwise use or bulk reproduction or distribution of the archival Material/s in any form; make any significant portion of the archival Material/s available to anyone other than User/s in machine-readable form.

d) Online User/s shall not download or copy any Material/s, except with prior written permission from CEPT Archives, and shall use the Material/s only for the purposes outlined in the written permission granted by CEPT Archives.
